Writer Son and his sweetheart of a new wife!
We enjoyed a fun and laughter filled
dinner together at our favorite chinese restaurant
to celebrate New Year's Eve!
My sons are both in love
and I had no idea
how much that would make
my heart happy!
Happy 2011
my wonderful blog friends.
I also had no idea how
many amazing, warm, funny and loving
friends I would find by blogging!
I pray you all jump into this new year
all the way without reserve.
That's what I plan to do.
I am sick of caution,
it's time
to
FLY!

Happy New Year! I'm so happy that I found your blog in 2010. May 2011 be your best year ever. Candace
ReplyDeleteBrebda, I hope 2011 brings you and yours all the love, luck, peace, and good health that only God can bring. Happy New Year. I look forward to sharing this new year with you.
ReplyDeleteI love love love that photo on your header! Did it hurt to get your tatto there? I've been wanting a dragonfly.
Weezer
Your blog is always so refreshing. The photos are beautiful. Thank you for sharing all the love!
ReplyDeleteWeezer, thanx, I love my butterfly tattoo also. It hurt a bit, but my excitement about actually doing it pretty much outweighed the pain factor. The part closest to my hand hurt the most. But it's worth it!
ReplyDeleteI love that your poem has an hourglass shape. It makes me happy when poems look nice as well as sound nice. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, sweet friend! I'm so glad I discovered your blog.
P.S. I love your future daughter-in-law's pink hair! AWESOME!!! That's kind of how I'd look if I thought my husband would still find me attractive. :) He hates short hair, and he hates dye. One day I'll just do it anyway 'cause I'll be THAT in the mood for a change. :)
Hugs!
Hi Shawna, thanx, didn't even realize my thoughts came out in a shape!
ReplyDeleteThe pink hair cutie is my youngest son's girlfriend, no engagement. The dark haired cutie is my new daughter-in-law! aren't they both adorable!?
I totally agree with you!!!! If not now ~ WHEN!!!
ReplyDeleteLet's kick some 2011 butt!!
Interesting post. Rocker son wearing a tie? Hmmmm. Writer son looking like a married Hutterite. Hmmmm. So many interesting developments are year's end.
ReplyDeleteBear and I wish you all a wonderful 2011!
