What??

I'm confused! For the last 6 weeks I have intentionally & carefully changed my diet to include lots of vegies & fruit & less bad (good) stuff. I have also worked out at least 3 times a week. The great result so far is that my long lost waist line has made an appearance again & my jeans & blouses fit much better. I look less hippy than that header pic on this website. :)

That's all wonderful but I do not own a scale so I was actually excited to go to the Doc for normal lady stuff this last week & hop up on the scale & enjoy the number for a change. I HAD GAINED A POUND!! What's up with that?

  1. Maybe it is muscle? Don't fret, you are doing great and you are seeing the difference in your clothes.

  3. I don't remember how I found you--typical for my brain function at this stage of life. I just had to comment though when I read your profile about your handsome and available sons---that made me laugh out loud. I have two beautiful and available girls. :) As for your post today---YEAH for you, ignore the pounds if the clothes are telling the difference.

  4. Hi Grey - Thanx for leaving a comment. I went by your site & am looking forward to getting to know you better. Our pasts (from what I read so far) seem very similar. God is good.

  5. I'm sure it was just the doctor's scale ~ you know they rigg those things to make you feel bad!
If your clothes fit better ~ then I'd say Congrats and keep it up girl!

Hi Thanks for reading! Please leave a comment even if it has nothing to do with the specific blog, it's great to know that you are writing stuff that real live people actually read, ya know?
